Dear User,
We conducted a user satisfaction survey at the end of 2012 amongst the user of our ad portal. We received good feedback and suggestions and used the results to improve the functionality. This new functionality has now been implemented in a new version of the ad portal.
The most important changes:
- If your material turns out to be technically incorrect after uploading, we can now offer the possibility to repair the material from within our ad portal, whenever technically possible. You will be asked whether you want or repair the material. This new possibility is a huge improvement en was an important wish from our user satisfaction survey. Of course, you will keep the end responsibility over your material.
- In the new version of the ad portal, the upload process will start with entering and checking of the Reference number. Please make sure you have that at hand whenever you start the upload process.
We are confident that we have taken a next step in improving the quality and ease of use of our ad portal.
